About the Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer who identifies, prioritizes, and delivers high-impact solutions with minimal direction. This role combines ~60% hands-on AI solution development with ~40% AI enablement across the organization. You are approachable, collaborative, and confident determining what is worth building and why

Core Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent projects independently from concept to deployment Design and implement AI-driven solutions (automation, integrations, chatbots, and data workflows) Define clear deliverables and break initiatives into practical milestones Work with data systems, APIs, and AI model interactions (prompting, workflows) Maintain clear, structured, and accessible documentation for all solutions AI Enablement & Adoption Act as the go-to resource for AI-related questions across the organization Provide regular updates (e.g., biweekly) on AI tools, trends, and internal use cases Help teams identify and apply AI to real workflows Drive adoption of AI solutions, not just their development How You Work Able to make independent decisions on project value, feasibility, and priorities Strong ownership mindset; delivers outcomes, not just tasks Approachable and effective when working with both technical and non-technical staff Balances impact vs. effort when selecting and executing work Adapts to evolving requirements while maintaining structured delivery AI Focus Build production-ready AI solutions, not just prototypes or experiments Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and practices Translate business needs into practical, measurable outcomes Work Environment High autonomy with expectation of self-direction and accountability Cross-functional collaboration across departments Qualifications Strong software development fundamentals Experience with APIs, integrations, and application design Familiarity with AI tools, model interaction, or strong ability to apply them in practice Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Value Practical problem-solving with real-world impact Ownership, initiative, and independent thinking Clear communication and disciplined documentation Ability to turn ideas into working, adopted solutions
