About the role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and Dynamics 365 solution delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to analyze requirements, optimize business processes, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD). Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements. Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from initiation through deployment. Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Dynamics 365 Analysis & Solution Design
Support the configuration, deployment, enhancement, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
