About the role
As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internet Sales Representative will work with the sales department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.
Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Internet Sales Representative at our location in Calgary.
Summary:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing online customer inquiries and converting leads into showroom visits and vehicle sales. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to deliver a seamless and professional experience across all digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads through email, phone, and SMS in a prompt and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers online to understand their needs and preferences.
- Guide customers through our diverse inventory to find the perfect vehicle that matches their lifestyle.
- Conduct informative test drives and showcase vehicle features to highlight the benefits of each model.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance.
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects Lexus brand standard.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in automotive sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- AMVIC license
