About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to build and scale automation solutions in a fast-paced Managed Services environment?
The Spectrum Cybercell team at WBM supports many of Western Canada's leading organizations, and we are continuing to grow. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, while developing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and client experience.
You will work closely with our service desk, operations, and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes, and ensure the health and performance of managed customer environments.

Key Qualifications

Experience administering and supporting Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Basic PowerShell scripting experience isrequired.

Experience creating,maintaining, and improving automation workflows and operational processes.
-
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
-
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and management.
-
Knowledge of patch management, software deployment, monitoring, and endpoint security best practices.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
-
Experience documenting processes, procedures, and automation standards.
Assets
- ConnectWise Automate administration experience.
- DatabaseandSQLlanguageexperience
- ConnectWise Manage administration experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Experience with Azure administration and cloud services.
- Familiarity with scripting languages
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or ConnectWise certifications.
- Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
