关于晶泰科技 晶泰科技由三位麻省理工学院的物理学家于2015年创立,是一个基于量子物理、以人工智能赋能和机器人驱动的创新型研发平台。晶泰以人工智能和机器人的技术耦合,为全球企业提供药物及材料科学领域的研发服务、产品及一站式实验平台解决方案,加速新药物和新材料领域的研发工程;以 AI4S 赋能物质发现,驱动行业变革。 部门简介 晶泰科技未来化学部,是公司内部以自动化 + AI化 + 智能化改造传统化学合成的核心执行团队,团队的核心使命是将化学合成实验从依赖“人手”的传统模式升级为由“机器人 + 算法”驱动的智能模式,支撑晶泰科技 AI for Science 战略的落地。 岗位介绍 晶泰科技诚邀化学及相关专业的海外博士人才加入位于上海的未来化学部。在这里,您将有机会将化学合成专业知识与前沿自动化及人工智能技术相结合,共同推动智能化化学研发的发展,并塑造未来科研新范式。 岗位职责 根据项目需求设计并制定合成计划,按时完成自动化合成交付任务,确保数据完整性和可追溯性。 与计算化学、AI研发团队紧密合作,结合算法预测结果优化化学实验方案,推动智能化合成技术的落地应用。 参与自动化合成平台的升级迭代,提出技术改进建议,提升平台通量和稳定性。 编写并维护标准操作流程(SOP)及实验报告,确保项目文档的规范性和可复用性。 负责自动化化学合成平台(如反应检测一体机,后处理机等)的日常操作、维护及流程优化,确保合成效率与质量。 进行高效项目管理,直接对接客户,保持高质量项目交付和客户满意度。 对本岗位的负责区域的环境因素和危险源进行识别、评估及更新;对公司识别的重大环境因素/危险源按要求执行管控。 任职要求 博士及以上学历,化学、有机化学、药物化学、化学工程等相关专业;熟悉有机合成化学原理,能够独立设计并开展合成实验,具备较强的问题解决能力。 具备良好的项目管理统筹能力和团队合作能力;对行业自动化方向有兴趣,能够积极推进自动化合成相关工作。 具备流利的中英文沟通及听说能力,逻辑清晰,具备独立解决问题的能力,能够适应快节奏研发环境。 相信并积极推动自动化及智能化技术在合成领域的应用及迭代。
