Strong experience in prompt engineering and improving structured outputs from LLMs for real-world business use cases. Experience with LLM orchestration tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar, and familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, or PgVector. Working knowledge of LLMOps practices including CI/CD, prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and cost optimization. Experience designing scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines in production environments. Familiarity with Agile/XP practices, continuous delivery, and collaborative engineering workflows. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, client-facing environments. Experience using version control systems (Git), writing technical documentation, and working in modern cloud-based infrastructure. Benefits Fully remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling across time zones. Opportunity to work in an AI-native engineering culture focused on craftsmanship and quality. Twice-yearly in-person co-working sessions and annual company retreat (fully covered). Dedicated learning and development budget to support continuous skill growth. Sponsorship for conferences, talks, and external learning opportunities. Comprehensive medical and term insurance coverage. Home office support and employee-friendly leave policies. Strong engineering culture centered on pairing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
