This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Voice AI based in Canada. This is a high-impact founding enterprise sales role focused on shaping and scaling a new go-to-market motion within the fast-growing Voice AI space. You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, engaging large enterprise organizations with complex contact center environments, and positioning AI-powered voice solutions that transform customer interactions at scale. The role combines pure hunting, full-cycle deal ownership, and strategic account development in a highly autonomous environment. You will navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across CX, IT, procurement, and executive leadership. With no existing territory or inherited pipeline, you will define how enterprise sales is built from the ground up. This is an opportunity to directly influence product direction, commercial strategy, and market expansion in a category with significant growth potential. \n
Accountabilities: Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate net-new enterprise pipeline across high-value target accounts. Identify and qualify large organizations with complex contact center operations and strong Voice AI use-case potential. Maintain a disciplined pipeline coverage (3–4x quarterly target) through structured outreach, networking, and partner engagement. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through negotiation, procurement, and close for self-sourced opportunities. Develop compelling, value-based business cases focused on cost reduction, call deflection, CSAT improvement, and revenue uplift. Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments including CX leaders, IT, procurement, and C-level executives. Manage enterprise-grade processes including RFPs, security reviews, and legal negotiations while preserving deal momentum. Maintain post-sale relationships on strategic accounts to support expansion and long-term value realization. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales with a track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals. Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently, ideally in a founding or early-stage sales environment. Strong experience selling into large enterprise organizations with complex stakeholder structures. Background in Voice AI, conversational AI, contact center technology, or CX automation is a strong advantage. Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months) with multiple decision-makers and procurement processes. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-driven business cases and negotiate enterprise agreements. Highly disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-facing presentation skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered a strong asset. Benefits: Competitive base salary between CAD 80,000 and CAD 100,000 plus uncapped commission based on Total Contract Value (TCV).
