We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Strategy & Operations Team. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting our Sales teams. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes, providing strategic insights and leveraging data and automation to accelerate growth. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working cross functionally, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and hold a curiosity for problem solving, as well as have an ability to use data to drive insights, strategic direction and decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize our lead generation, routing, and conversion systems
- Analyze funnel performance, provide data-driven strategic insights to sales leadership and implement prioritized strategies
- Analyze sales channel/campaign performance and identify areas for improvement (eg. A/B messaging, targeting, and sequences)
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to track KPIs, such as acquisition, conversion, activation, and revenue using Salesforce, G-sheets or Snowflake
- Support day-to-day management of tools across the sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sequencing platforms, data providers, analytics platforms), build workflows and automations and be first to troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with sales reps and managers to gather feedback and improve workflows
- Research and leverage new tools, trends, and AI solutions to enhance sales team performance
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or operational role within a fast-paced software company.
- Systems & Tools: Hands-on experience building dashboards, pulling reports, and tracking metrics within CRMs (Salesforce is a bonus) and spreadsheets (Excel/G-Sheets).
- Mindset & Impact: A proactive, analytical problem solver who understands the "why" behind the data rather than just the "what," and can independently turn those insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sales leadership without waiting for instruction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Data Science Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to haves:
- Technical skills: Experience or familiarity with data tools like SQL or Python, or working with APIs and system integrations to move data between platforms.
- AI curiosity: Experience using or experimenting with AI models (like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) to build simple automations, bots, or speed up your regular workflow.
