You'll Do:

• Maintain Fire suppression systems and equipment.

• Keep documentation of inspections that relate to WF Property Conservation manual developed by AON and be key member during AON Audits.

• Ability to work closely with all other trades and employees.

• Ability to take direction.

• Self-Motivated

• Good performance record – safety, production, quality, attendance.

• Good Mechanical Background

• Candidate must provide their own tools.

• Ability to handle small construction projects and maintain day to day operations of on site.

• Maintain water systems such as: sink/faucet repair, bathroom repair, domestic water maintenance

You have:

• Mechanical aptitude; excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with other trades and employees
• Commitment to working safely and creating a safe workplace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights and/or weekend shifts
• Preference will be given to candidates with a wide variety of experience.
• It is an asset to have Red Seal Trade Certification in one or more of the following trades: Plumber, Pipefitter, Carpenter but not required.

Compensation Package:

• The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on experience, and education.
