Role
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Hairstylist who is excited to positively impact the lives of seniors while delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming retirement and long-term care environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional hairstyling and hair cutting services for residents
- Perform men’s cuts and clipper work with confidence
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building positive resident relationships
- Manage appointment bookings and basic reception duties
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized salon environment
- Monitor and replenish salon supplies as needed
- Create a welcoming and engaging experience for residents and families
What You Bring
- Valid hairstylist license/certification and liability insurance
- Previous professional hairstyling and hair cutting experience
- Confidence performing men’s haircuts and clipper work
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to professionalism, resident satisfaction, and exceeding expectations
- Must provide your own hairstyling tools
