Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10 or more Ambassadors.
- Organize daily operations.
- Ensure service quality and excellence.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to Ambassadors to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Resolve challenging situations and support the airport operations team.
- Approve schedule changes.
- Prepare for and assist management during weekly meetings.
- Welcome, direct, and inform YUL passengers.
- Conduct performance evaluations for Ambassadors.
- Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.
- Perform various administrative tasks (attendance tracking, shift report follow-up, employee file management, procedure updates, timesheets, etc.).
- Make schedule adjustments as needed.
- Participate in project development initiatives.
- Answer calls on the supervisors' phone line.
- Perform any other related duties.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management (performance management, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work day and evening shifts between Sunday and Saturday.
- Fully bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with English-speaking customers approximately 50% of the time.

Salary: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Day and evening shifts, 37.5 hours per week, 4 days per week. Operations run between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Rotating schedule every 2 months.
Status: Long-term temporary position
