This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Responsable marketing client based in Canada. This role sits at the center of customer-led growth strategy, turning an existing client base into a primary engine for expansion, retention, and advocacy. You will design and execute end-to-end customer marketing programs that drive adoption, deepen engagement, and unlock upsell opportunities across SaaS products. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you will translate product signals, customer insights, and behavioral data into targeted campaigns and messaging. You will own multi-channel initiatives such as webinars, lifecycle campaigns, ABM programs, and in-product communications, ensuring measurable business impact. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, storytelling, and hands-on execution across marketing tools and CRM systems. This is a high-ownership position where you will help build and scale the customer marketing function from the ground up. \n
Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end customer marketing initiatives, from segmentation and cohort identification to campaign execution and performance tracking. Develop positioning and messaging for existing customers, with a focus on driving product adoption and expansion. Build and scale content and storytelling engines based on customer insights, use cases, and success stories. Own go-to-market execution for product launches and feature adoption within the existing customer base. Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights into Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify at-risk accounts, expansion opportunities, and advocacy potential. Design and execute multi-channel engagement programs (email, in-product, webinars, events) to drive retention and upsell. Measure and report on business impact, including influenced revenue, expansion pipeline, and campaign performance. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or hybrid SaaS marketing roles. Proven ability to translate positioning into targeted messaging and high-performing campaigns. Strong experience managing end-to-end marketing programs from ideation to execution. Data-driven mindset with ability to segment audiences, identify friction points, and measure impact. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or equivalent platforms. Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining high-quality, non-generic output.
