Property Adjuster (Intermediate/Senior) Join a team focused on putting members first. As Salus Mutual’s next Property Adjuster, you’ll be the company’s direct representative on the ground — investigating losses, building relationships, and making a real difference for policyholders when it matters most. Position Requirements Postsecondary education or equivalent training and work experience Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, or completion of most CIP courses, an asset Valid driver’s license and own transportation required Minimum 3–5 years of residential property adjusting experience; farm and commercial property experience an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with insurance software an asset Understanding of the mutual insurance system and its philosophy an asset Detailed knowledge of property damage scoping and estimating General knowledge of building construction materials, techniques, and construction pricing and estimating
