Description
The Finance Assistant is responsible for supporting the organization’s payment processing and reconciliation activities including processing invoices and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. This role involves ensuring proper invoice approvals, maintaining organized financial records, and responding to inquiries related to accounts payable.
Reporting to the Controller, the Finance Assistant collaborates with internal finance teams and other departments to support effective financial operations and reporting. This position also supports month-end and year-end closing processes and contributes to the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures.
