• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Dental Specialist Administrator to support our Periodontist. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience while managing the specialist schedule and maintaining strong relationships with referring offices.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Deliver exceptional administrative service and patient care
• Manage phones, bookings, confirmations, and scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records and support patient inquiries
• Prepare insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and treatment estimates
• Process payments and support accounts receivable workflows
• Coordinate referrals and maintain communication with referring offices
• Support treatment acceptance and patient follow-ups
• Keep reception organized, professional, and patient-focused

What You Bring

• Experience in dental administration (periodontal or specialist experience preferred)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a patient-first mindset
