We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor rotary quarters shift who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on production department operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor oversees plant operations, manages the team on their shift, and ensures solutions are found to various challenges in order to meet Agropur’s objectives and standards. Qualifications: Education Required: College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Processing, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment required. Experience in the food or dairy industry is an asset. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset. Certification/Licensure Required: None Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to drive change and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. Knowledge of health and safety, food safety (HACCP, SQF), and quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of systems such as Kronos or Workday is an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
