About Meridian OneCap
The role:*****Please note - this is a 8-month co-op opportunity*
The National Sales Enablement Co-Op is a dynamic role responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized support to the entire Meridian business development group, executives, directors, team and program managers and front line sales staff inc. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including marketing, sales support, reporting, and special projects.
What’s In it For You:
Marketing Modernization & Customer Tools
- Modernize marketing assets supporting national finance programs generating $500MM+ in annual commercial business.
- Design and standardize customer-facing rate calculation tools that help vendors and dealers quickly and accurately estimate monthly payments
- Coordinate large-scale international trade shows, including planning, vendor management, and post-event analysis
- Partner with internal teams and an external marketing agency to ensure campaigns align with brand standards and target market objectives
Social Media & Digital Advertising Strategy
- Review and assess current social media and digital advertising strategies
- Recommend new and innovative approaches to expand reach, improve engagement, and increase effectiveness across channels
- Build a business case for targeted digital campaigns aligned with growth and brand objectives
Sales Onboarding & Enablement
- Work with senior sales leadership to develop a modern, scalable onboarding program for new sales hires
- Create professional, easy-to-follow onboarding materials that accelerate productivity and long-term success
- Build reusable content and tools to support future hiring and growth
National Sales Leadership & Reporting
- Collaborate with Sales VPs and Directors to standardize quarterly reporting across the national sales organization
- Support a reporting framework for business targets.
- Track follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure sales initiatives are progressing on time and as expected
Sales Operations & CRM Modernization
- Support the modernization of CRM systems to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales execution
- Help ensure disciplined follow-up and accountability across the sales organization
- Update information in CRM reporting for improving targeting for various equipment lines.
National Accounts Program Support
- Provide project-based support for National Accounts program management, contributing to the structure and execution of national vendor programs
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). French an asset.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
- Desire to simplify and modernize businesses
- Flexibility and adaptability to work well in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Dynamics)
- Interest in or basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively handle critical issues as they arise or manage multiple competing priorities.
- Comfort learning and adopting new digital tools, with an openness to using AI‑enabled technology to enhance productivity, accuracy, and the Member experience
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of sales, business management or customer service-oriented experience, with a focus on providing high-quality support and resolution or equivalent education in these fields.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business**, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications****,** or a related field.

This role is designed for an ambitious and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and finance roles. The individual will work closely with the sales team to provide support to the employees and be responsible for helping meet annual sales goals in excess of $500MM+.

This role represents a new vacancy. Internal candidates are being considered as part of our standard process.
Salary Range: CAD $24-27.00/hour
Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.
Office Location: Toronto Corporate Offices. This is a hybrid opportunity.
