About the role
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced General Professional with solid background in IT & Professional Service, combined with comprehensive HR full-spectrum experience and corporate travel & business trip management expertise. The scope covering commerical office and manufactory plant, to ensure the procurement of the assigned categories/services, complying with budgeting long/mid-range plans and expected quality level. This role will be responsible for market monitoring, risk management, supplier relationship management, contract management and negotiations for areas of responsibility and assist the Region GP to develop new supplying sources or purchasing process fully compliant with global General Procurement roadmap and strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
Supplier Management Screen and support new suppliers meeting Ferrero requirements through qualification and accreditation; organize vendor selection processes to ensure optimal price-quality ratio and delivery capabilities. Manage the supplier base based on criteria like quality, cost, sustainability, and cultural fit; conduct vendor mapping with annual spending analysis, monitor supplier due diligence progress, and build high-quality partnerships. Contract & Compliance Management Assist functional departments in finalizing procurement contracts, ensuring terms are compliant and meet supply needs (specifications, timelines, service standards). Ensure new contracts align with legal and group governance requirements; oversee contract execution. Guarantee the full Source-to-Pay process adheres to policies, Group Operation Standards, and financial terms; supervise compliance of local sourcing activities. Market & Cost Analysis Conduct market analysis and review market data on general procurement category suppliers’ services. Ensure accurate category market and spend analysis (collaborating with Finance for data integrity); monitor monthly actual costs vs. budget/SAF. Track and report KPIs (quality, delivery, volume) of top suppliers accounting for 80% of spending quarterly/yearly to ensure supply reliability. Category & Process Optimization Support category implementation to ensure business continuity and cost mitigation; manage predefined procurement activities for specific categories using internal tools/methodologies to optimize value. Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency. Collaboration & Project Management Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders to align procurement processes and execution. Develop team project schedules/calendars, and track timelines and budgets.
About You:
5-8 years of experience on General Purchasing Solid HR full-module practical and IT and professional service experience, experience with IT providers, HR administration, employee relations vendors and MICE management is a MUST Strong Negotiation skills and Communication skills Knowledge of procurement process, esp. with global team is a plus Strong Relationship Management skills. Advanced level of English (written & verbal), working within a large global MNC SAP experience is a must, Ariba Experience is a plus
