Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development Develop and execute strategic account plans that support company growth objectives. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for rock reinforcement products, services, and consumables. Grow existing customer accounts while expanding the company's presence with new mining operations and contractors. Identify and prioritize target customers, projects, and market opportunities. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking activities to strengthen market presence. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and support business strategy.

Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships with mine operators, engineering teams, procurement personnel, and other key stakeholders. Understand customer operational objectives, ground support challenges, and technical requirements to develop value-driven solutions. Coordinate after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Coordinate the implementation and administration of customer contracts, including quotations, negotiations, renewals, amendments, and performance reviews, while ensuring all commercial terms and contractual approvals are completed in accordance with the company's approval matrix and delegated authority.

Technical Sales

Provide solution-based selling promoting the company's complete portfolio of rock Ensure recommended solutions comply with customer specifications, applicable mining regulations, and site-specific requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Provide product knowledge and technical guidance.

Commercial Management

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts within established company guidelines. Maintain accurate records including customer activities, quotations, forecasts, and sales opportunities. Prepare pipeline updates and account reports, contribute to monthly sales forecasts. Work closely with Finance to support invoicing, collections, and customer account management. Achieve or exceed assigned sales, profitability, and growth objectives.

Collaboration

Collaborate with product directors, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
