<p>About Us       Event Temple is a high-growth technology company based in Vancouver, BC.</p><p>We are the world’s leading Hotel Sales and Catering software.</p><p>We’ve been voted #1 in the world in the Hotel Tech Awards 12 times in a row, and we’re growing rapidly.</p><p>We help make travel and events happen.</p><p>At Event Temple, we believe in helping people of great character thrive, and we are on a mission to create the future of sales and catering and be the most respected and innovative solution for hotels around the world.</p><p>About This Role We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive, SMB to join our fast-growing hotel SaaS company.</p><p>In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new business with individual hotels and small multi-property groups across North America.</p><p>You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-market opportunities, build strong relationships with hotel decision-makers, and execute a high-volume, consultative sales motion with consistency and discipline.</p><p>A Day In The Life: Sourcing and building a pipeline of opportunities within the mid-market hotel segment (typically 1–10 properties).</p><p>Leading structured discovery conversations focused on group sales, events, and operational workflows.</p><p>Developing and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.</p><p>Negotiating contracts and closing deals.</p><p>Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts.</p><p>Identifying expansion opportunities and coordinating handoffs when accounts grow.</p><p>Representing the company on LinkedIn and other professional channels.</p><p>Core Metrics: Quota Attainment/Sales Revenue Won – Close new business and consistently achieve sales targets.</p><p>Pipeline Generation – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects, advancing new opportunities through the sales funnel.</p><p>Sales Cycle Progression – Effectively move opportunities through each stage of the Solution Selling process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consultative approach that addresses client needs.</p><p>Account Expansion – Identify and surface expansion opportunities for larger group discussions.</p><p>Key Qualities for Success: Tenacity – A relentless focus on the right targets and the perseverance to overcome challenges in the sales process.</p><p>Consultative Problem-Solver – The ability to understand customer pain points, provide tailored solutions, and guide prospects through their decision-making process.</p><p>High Accountability & Self-Management – Taking ownership of results, managing time effectively, and delivering consistently with minimal supervision.</p><p>Creative Thinker – The capability to break down complex problems and find innovative solutions that meet client needs.</p><p>Relationship Builder – Establishing trust and long-term connections with customers, positioning yourself as a valued advisor and partner in their success.</p><p>Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.</p><p>Experience in hospitality, hotels, or a service-led industry is an asset.</p><p>Comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.</p><p>Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.</p><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p><p>Benefits: High-performance team.</p><p>Work From Home/Remote.</p><p>Casual dress code.</p><p>Competitive compensation.</p><p>Building a company and being a part of a success story.</p><p>Next Steps Eligible applicants will be contacted.</li><li>20-minute pre-screen 1-hour tactical interview 1-hour culture interview (in-person may be required - if so, we will cover any related travel costs) 3 successful reference checks Location: Remote friendly, must be based in Canada.</p><p>Salary range: $70-$80K CAD base plus commission (the final
