Transdev Canada is hiring an Industrial Coach Driver in Kamloops.

**As an Industrial Coach Driver,**you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, following designated routes and schedules. You will ensure passenger safety and comfort, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Adherence to safety regulations and company policies is essential in this role. This is a full-time position.

Your role:

• Operate vehicles in acordance with all safety regulations and company policies..

• Enjoy interacting with the public..

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanour.

• Drive various coach/buses or company non-revenue vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner within the assigned service area and schedule.

• Perform timely fueling of the bus as needed.

• Maintain effective communication with passengers, dispatchers, or fellow drivers via two-way radio systems.

• Report delays, mechanical issues, or accidents promptly.

• Complete and submit written reports regarding passengers, incidents, and accidents.

• Demonstrate vigilance in ensuring passenger safety during emergencies, including guiding evacuation procedures

• Uphold a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and clear communication

• Adhere to Transdev's standards, policies and procedures.

• Perform other responsibilities as requested or required

Your profile:

• You have a Class 1 or 2 driver's license with air brake endorsement.

• You have 2 years minimum experience industrial site driving.

• You have a clean driver's abstract.

• Clean drug and alcohol test.

Your location:

• This is a non-unionized full-time position in Kamloops.

• The role requires you to reside locally in one these areas.

• Camp is not provided for this role.

· Average schedule of 40 hours a weeks (split shift)
