About the role
Job Title: Guidewire QA/Tester Location: Kitchener, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid-3 Days onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 45-50/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: July 15th, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter with hands-on involvement in implementation, configuration, and support projects. Expertise in QA and Functional Testing, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and validation. In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Commercial Insurance business processes, policy lifecycle, underwriting, and policy administration. Experience working with JIRA for defect management, requirement tracking, and Agile project coordination. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Exposure to Automation Testing frameworks and tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, and regression testing processes.
