Why Join This Team? ✅ Direct Hire Position ✅ $44.00/hour Competitive Wage ✅ Full Benefits from Day One ✅ Long-Term Career Stability ✅ Growth and Advancement Opportunities ✅ Safety-Focused, Team-Oriented Environment Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related industrial systems Install, align, dismantle, relocate, and commission equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and production machinery Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Operate hoisting, rigging, and lifting equipment safely and effectively Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization projects Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support operational goals Follow all health and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and confined space protocols Qualifications Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) 433A Red Seal certification 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Solid understanding of industrial mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated manufacturing or packaging equipment Experience working with heavy chain conveyors Knowledge of CMMS systems Forklift, Crane/Rigging, WHMIS, Working at Heights, Confined Space, or First Aid/CPR certifications Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) experience Familiarity with predictive maintenance and vibration analysis Gas Technician 1 (G.1) certification Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment Physically demanding role involving standing, lifting, climbing, and confined space work Overtime and additional shift coverage may be required Apply Today!
