The work location is in Nunavik and the normal work schedule is 11 hours per day on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks for rest.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Tire Technician performs tasks while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules in the workplace. His main tasks include:
- Assists with tire monitoring and tracking under the supervision of experienced technicians;
- Participates in tire repair activities;
- Participates in tire rotations;
- Performs all other duties related to the position as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Interest in tire repair and heavy equipment mechanics;
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics is considered an asset;
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training;
- Class 5 driver's license (territorial accepted).
Assets
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications;
- Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics.
- Able to communicate orally and written in at least two of the following languages: Inuktitut, English or French (trilingual will be considered an asset).
