Responsibilities

-       Perform deliveries and transport goods according to established routes while respecting schedules and safety standards.

-       Conduct vehicle inspections before each departure to ensure mechanical reliability and equipment compliance.

-       Ensure the safe handling of merchandise during loading and unloading operations.

-       Maintain constant communication with the dispatch team to follow instructions, report issues, and optimize operations.

-       Complete all required documentation related to deliveries, inspections, and transportation activities.

-       Comply with safe driving practices, company policies, and applicable transportation regulations.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

-       Valid Class 1 driver's licence.

-       Experience driving heavy vehicles (an asset).

-       Good driving record and strong commitment to road safety standards.

-       Ability to perform vehicle inspections and monitor equipment condition.

-       Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and professionalism.

-       Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively with the dispatch team.

-       Availability to work scheduled shifts, including the possibility of departures on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays.

-       Good physical condition to perform transportation-related duties.

-       Functional French, both spoken and written.

-       Functional English required; ability to communicate and understand English in a work environment approximately 50% of the time while traveling within the United States.
