About the role
We are currently seeking an Enterprise Policy & Knowledge Governance Manager to join our team.
The Enterprise Policy & Knowledge Governance Manager is accountable for the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of Tru Cooperative Bank’s enterprise policy and procedure ecosystem, including oversight of the SharePoint-based policy environment and the business governance of Policy and Procedure Copilot Studio agent(s). The role ensures enterprise policies and procedures are clear, current, controlled, findable, and auditable, supporting risk governance, regulatory readiness, and consistent execution across the organization. The Manager provides enterprise leadership for policy standards, document control, publishing workflows, and adoption, and leads policy and procedure harmonization associated with credit union integration. The Manager partners closely with Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal, People and Culture, Credit, Finance, and IT, and provides enterprise-wide guidance and advisory support to policy owners and procedure authors, strengthening governance discipline, clarity of accountability, and organizational understanding of policy requirements.
Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

Enterprise Policy Governance: Oversees the enterprise policy governance framework, including taxonomy, document hierarchy, and end-to-end lifecycle requirements. Establishes review cycles, standards, and monitoring practices to ensure policies and procedures remain current, aligned with risk and control expectations, and consistently applied across the organization. Guides and coaches policy owners and procedure authors.

Systems & Information Management: Oversees the SharePoint policy environment as the official system of record. Ensures effective information architecture, metadata standards, controlled workflows, retention, and search functionality. Partners with IT and Risk to ensure content is controlled, accessible, and auditable.

Copilot Studio policy/procedure agent oversight (business owner) . Acts as the business owner for policy and procedure Copilot Studio agent(s), defining use cases, governance standards, and adoption strategy. Owns the knowledge supply chain, refresh cadence, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement in partnership with IT.

Technical, corporate, and policy writing assurance . Champions enterprise-wide policy and procedure drafting standards. Develops and maintains templates, writing standards, and quality requirements, and provides editorial review and quality assurance for enterprise and high-impact documents.

Program Delivery & Risk Reduction: Leads policy and procedure initiatives, including enterprise refresh programs, taxonomy improvements, and workflow enhancements. Ensures initiatives are delivered effectively and support consistent execution, operational efficiency, and reduction of operational risk.

Integration & Change Management: Leads policy and procedure harmonization activities related to credit union integrations. Oversees discovery, gap analysis, disposition decisions, migration into SharePoint, Copilot knowledge alignment, and readiness reporting to support operational continuity and regulatory expectations.

Measurement & Reporting : Develops and maintains reporting on policy currency, lifecycle timelines, content usage and findability, Copilot agent performance, and integration progress. Provides regular insights to improve governance effectiveness and reduce risk.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of equivalent experience and education

5 years’ experience in enterprise policy governance, operational risk documentation, compliance, or content leadership within a regulated environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and functions.
-
Strong experience using SharePoint as a governed enterprise content and document management platform.

Experience partnering with IT on governed knowledge, documentation, or digital enablement tools preferred.

Experience supporting policy and procedure harmonization or organizational integration initiatives preferred.

Advanced policy and procedure drafting, editing, and content quality assurance

Enterprise document control, versioning, and records management expertise

SharePoint information architecture, metadata, and content governance capability

Experience governing enterprise knowledge platforms and AI‑enabled tools within controlled frameworks

Strong facilitation skills for workshops, working groups, and governance forums

Analytical ability to identify content gaps, duplication, and remediation priorities based on risk

Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures .
