Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Lead acts as a key resource for employees on the floor. They oversee the smooth execution of daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, supporting the onboarding of new employees, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Team Lead for one of our clients specializing in the furniture industry.

Main Responsibilities

-       Welcome new employees.

-       Maintain attendance records.

-       Train employees on the operation of equipment.

-       Participate in the continuous improvement of health and safety processes.

-       Build positive relationships with employees on the warehouse floor.

-       Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

-       Experience in a warehouse environment and employee supervision.

-       Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication with international partners approximately 30% of the time.

-       Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent teamwork and collaboration.

-       Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

-       Ability to quickly identify and implement solutions to unexpected challenges.

-       Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation, data entry, and report preparation.

-       Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple employees simultaneously.

Salary: $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday
Status: Long-term position
