About the role
HR Supervisor
Team: Operation
Level: Team Leader (5+ years)

Job Objective
Build and maintain a comprehensive HR system that ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes operational efficiency, and supports team performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the Headcount Plan. Write job descriptions, post openings, shortlist candidates, and conduct first-round interviews. Prepare onboarding checklists and coordinate induction training for new hires.
Compensation & Benefits, Insurance, and Tax
Administer payroll accurately and timely, ensuring full compliance with tax and labor laws. Manage Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) registrations, adjustments, and reports. Oversee Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and settlements.
Labor Relations & Compliance
Develop and enforce company policies, labor regulations, and internal codes of conduct. Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, complaints, and disciplinary cases. Advise management on updates related to labor laws, insurance, and tax compliance.
HR System & Policy Development
Build and maintain a consistent job description framework across departments. Design and improve HR policies, workflows, and compliance documentation. Generate regular HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
General HR Management
Support and supervise HR team members in day-to-day tasks. Organize employee engagement programs and internal HR projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of C&B, labor law, insurance, and PIT compliance. Experience managing full HR operations (50–200 employees). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience in agency or fast-growth environments is a plus.
HR-Admin Executive

Job Objective
Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective HR and administrative operations, supporting a professional and cohesive working environment across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage office expenses (utilities, internet, supplies, etc.). Work with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, printing, and delivery services. Manage office assets, equipment, key cards, and storage.
HR Support
Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and staff scheduling. Prepare employee contracts, decisions, and HR documents. Manage HR records both physically and digitally.
Internal Communication & Welfare
Distribute company announcements and HR communications. Support internal events, team-building activities, and celebrations. Collect employee feedback for HR Supervisor review.
Recruitment Assistance
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication. Support onboarding (workspace setup, key cards, email access, etc.).
Administrative Reporting
Manage small office payments, petty cash, and admin expense reports. Maintain purchasing and administrative documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of HR or office administration experience. Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Good communication in English is preferred.
Accountant
Team: Operation
Level: Senior (3+ years)
Type: Full-time Onsite
Job Objective
Ensure financial, accounting, and tax operations are accurate, transparent, and timely. Monitor project costs, control marketing and event budgets, and support management with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
General Accounting
Record daily transactions (revenue, expenses, purchases, internal payments). Verify invoices, contracts, and payment documents. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Tax & Reporting
Prepare or support VAT, PIT, CIT, and insurance declarations. Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and banks. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budget & Cost Control
Track campaign/project budgets and compare actual vs. forecasted costs. Coordinate with Account and Project teams to manage cost efficiency.
Payroll & Benefits (with HR)
Process payroll, benefits, and statutory payments accurately. Ensure compliance with PIT and insurance contributions.
Cash Flow & Payment Management
Manage supplier and vendor payments, monitor receivables/payables. Maintain cash book and monthly bank reconciliations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. At least 3 years of experience as General Accountant or Internal Accountant. Proficient in MISA, FAST, or similar accounting software. Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax laws. Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible. Prior experience in agency or media companies is a strong plus.
Marketing Data Analyst

Job Objective
Collect, analyze, and interpret multi-channel marketing data to measure performance, uncover insights, and optimize campaign efficiency and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Tracking & Setup
Implement and validate tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, UTM, Tag Manager, Conversion API). Ensure accuracy of data from Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, CRM, and website sources.
Data Integration & Visualization
Consolidate data from multiple platforms and visualize KPIs via Looker Studio / Power BI. Create automated dashboards for internal and client reports.
Campaign Performance Analysis
Evaluate results by channel, audience, and creative content. Identify key insights for optimization (CTR, CVR, ROI, ROAS).
Forecast & Budget Optimization
Predict campaign performance using historical data. Provide data-driven recommendations for budget reallocation. Build “what-if” models for performance forecasting.
Internal Reporting & Knowledge Sharing
Standardize reporting templates for weekly/monthly tracking. Train Account/Planner teams on how to interpret data correctly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics. Skilled in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets (advanced). Ability to turn data into actionable insights and clear visual reports. Familiarity with SQL or marketing attribution models is a plus. English proficiency in reading and data interpretation.
