Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans using a combination of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic techniques. Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and monitor progress. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, client-focused care. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in NY. Preference for candidates with diagnostic privileges, although not required. Strong commitment to holistic, trauma-informed, and anxiety-focused therapeutic approaches. Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about helping others and committed to both personal and professional growth. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
