This individual will be responsible for executing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure while operating with moderate independence. This role will support project delivery, mentor junior technicians, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data center environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, field-based settings. Up to 60 CAD/hr

What you’ll do

The technician is responsible for executing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure across client data centers. They will support project delivery, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

Candidates need 2-3+ years of experience in data center or IT infrastructure environments with strong hands-on cabling and hardware skills. An associate's degree or safety certifications like OSHA and NFPA 70E are preferred.
