Required Skills & Experience • 2–3+ years of experience in data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments • Hands-on experience with cabling, hardware installation, and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagrams Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Associate’s degree or equivalent technical/military experience • Experience with fiber testing tools, cable certification tools, or electrical testing equipment • OSHA, NFPA 70E, or other safety certifications Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician II, to support data center and critical infrastructure projects across client environments. This individual will be responsible for executing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure while operating with moderate independence. This role will support project delivery, mentor junior technicians, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data center environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, field-based settings. Up to 60 CAD/hr
