On a daily basis, you will assist the cooks, help with basic food preparation and keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently. It’s an essential role for someone who enjoys staying active, helping where needed and being part of a team that takes pride in its work.
The tasks include
- Assist cooks with various tasks related to daily food production.
- Perform basic food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
- Assist with the assembly, portioning and packaging of ready-to-eat meals.
- Restock workstations with ingredients, supplies and kitchen materials.
- Perform any other related duties required to support smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a kitchen helper or in a similar food preparation role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during busy periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a resourceful approach.
Salary: $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Status: Permanent.
