What You’ll Do
As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you’ll perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing systems, with a focus on TPO roofing. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing issues and executing high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect commercial roofs for leaks, defects, and damage

Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO and other flat roofing systems

Apply sealants, patches, and waterproofing solutions

Complete service reports and document work performed

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures

Travel to job sites as required, including out-of-town assignments
What You Bring
-
2–3 years of commercial roofing experience
-
Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Valid Working at Heights Certification
-
CSA-approved safety gear and basic tools
-
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
