About the role
Description
The Center of Excellence Specialist will provide the local markets and channels with retail support, training, and guidance. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for productivity and compliance based on the metrics established by management; collaborate with peers, market representative, and channels to identify inefficiencies and submit recommendations to team; lead to improve inefficiencies as well as maintain and enforce published retail system processes.
Responsibilities
Review objective submission to ensure standardized compliance and capacity management is met. Review promotions with appropriate retail management prior to objectives are released to retail. Review all content locker submissions for standardized compliance. Support local geography requests and make suggestions/train to ensure standardized process is Maintained. Review dashboard with appropriate retail management prior to releasing new/disc items to retail. Manage promotional dashboard daily to include submission/rejection of retail requests to escalation or to RAP. Manage dashboard daily to include submission/rejection to escalation Complete all territory changes accurately and by the due date established. Provide support on various request from your supervisor. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
"Minimum Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing/retail reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Basic Retail iQ report functions.
