You Also Have

12+ years of product management experience, with a proven record of executive leadership (ideally in enterprise SaaS) 8+ years of experience leading dynamic product organizations Success defining and executing product strategy that drives revenue, retention, and business growth Experience leading high-performing product managers and UX designers A history of partnering closely with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver companywide outcomes Experience building trusted relationships with executive customers and using their insights to influence product strategy Clear written and verbal communication skills A thoughtful perspective on the impact of AI and how it is transforming product development

U.S. base salary range: $245,000-$320,000, plus profit sharing

Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
