Shipping/Receiving 1

Shift: 8-hour, possible 12/hour rotating shifts when covering production Hourly Pay: starting at $25.88 /hr.

Job Summary

Working from verbal, written, or computer-generated instructions and according to established operating procedures. Performs the following essential functions: Operate forklift to move materials as required.

Completes safety audits/inspections & CIP elements

Loads and unloads all materials essential for shipping/ receiving.

Replace online production when scheduled and needed

Shuttle product Material stacking Handle offline materials Dump trash hoppers Must be willing to assist others when needs arise and, in another department, (production & QC) Inspect mobile equipment and complete the appropriate checklist(s).

Understand use of fall protection

Assist warehouse crews as needed. Following JSA's, use safe work practices, and always reports hazardous conditions. Wear protective clothing & equipment as required. Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies. Maintains housekeeping standards.

Bring in Go Board skids in Dome when required

Must be able to use iPad fluently Minimum Requirements: Forklift certified This position requires the candidate to get on and off forklift several times during his/her shift Must be able to tolerate heat, have good vision, hearing, speaking, and finger dexterity skills are required, as well as being able to lift 50 lbs. Must have the ability to operate heavy equipment. The ability to set up and follow simple work plans and communicate with co-workers is essential. Basic computer skills are necessary. Employees must pass forklift, and all plant related safety program tests.

Forklift and attachments, propane tanks and small hand tools.
