About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team. You will:

• Welcome customers and support them in finding products that fit their needs
• Engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand preferences
• Share clear, accurate information about our products
• Promote safe, socially responsible consumption
• Build your expertise through continuous training and learning

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:

• Are inquisitive and eager to learn, adapting positively as the industry evolves
• Take a customer-focused approach, actively listen, and communicate with confidence
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team
• Are committed to social responsibility and public education
• Are professional, dependable, and flexible with days, evenings, and weekends
• Are 19 years of age or older
• Are bilingual in both official languages (preferred but not required)
• Have post-secondary education (asset)
• Bring supervisory experience (asset)

What We Offer

• $22.38 per hour (inclusive of 4% vacation pay and 4% holiday pay)
• Flexible, occasional hours (no minimum guaranteed)
