This role is responsible for the daily distribution of sensitive and confidential media to all lines of business and regions. You will be expected to maintain a high level of quality assurance, be highly adaptable, able to work in a fast paced environment, promote Medavie's Core Values on the daily.ResponsibilitiesDistribute, analyze, and organize various types of sensitive and confidential media based on business rules and service level agreements for multiple regions.Practice and promote a high level of quality assurance, in day to day operations, on all items processed.Build and maintain relationships with team members and key stakeholders through open communication.Update business knowledge easily and readily; adapt to process changes with a change ready attitude and approach.Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to ensure service levels are met and workflow is covered for all lines of business for each region on the daily.Ensure administrations tasks are completed and recorded accurately; individual productivity tracker, incoming / outgoing job metrics, team tasks.Operate and perform maintenance on digital and mechanical equipment related to document and media processing: postage, inserting and envelope processing machines, scanners and associated software, printers and presses.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer focused, fast paced work environment.Ability to Work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment while maintaining a positive outlook and living Medavie's Core Values.Ability to lift or move items up to 22kg.Strong communication skills, written and spoken.High attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance measures.Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Kofax Capture, Kofax Total Agility, SharePoint and Directories considered an asset.Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.Security Clearance Requirement: In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
