Join Posi+ as a Mobile Service Technician and help keep our customer’s aerial/utility equipment operating safely and efficiently throughout the Maritimes.

THE ROLE, IN PRACTICE You inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install. You spend most of your time travelling to truck repair shops, body shops, and dealerships to inspect, service, repair, and install automotive lifts and garage equipment. The objective is straightforward: provide reliable, safe, and professional service that keeps customer operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and install bucket trucks and utility equipement
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Respond to customer service calls assigned by the Service Coordinator
• Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain service vehicle parts inventory
• Participate in technical training programs and manufacturer certifications
• Work with Operations to improve service delivery and internal processes
• Identify service and sales opportunities with repair shops and dealerships
• Participate in daily toolbox meethings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Travel regularly throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and occasionally Newfoundland and Labrador

WHAT WE EXPECT (DAY 1) We match the role to your experience level. If you are still building your expertise, structured training and mentorship are available. If you already have significant field service experience, your skills and autonomy will be recognized quickly.

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, automotive equipment, or related fields
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independantly in a mobile field service environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Valid driver’s licence and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout the Maritime provinces
• Experience with bucket trucks and utility equipment (an asset)
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, or welding (an asset)

• Salary between $63,000 and $83,000, depending on experience
