Develop artificial intelligence models and contribute to their operationalization using internal and external data to address concrete business needs. Communicate and simplify complex model concepts (methods, results, impacts) for diverse audiences. Stay up to date on emerging trends in data and advanced analytics, while promoting AI adoption within the organization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and share expertise to advance analytics practices and deliver large-scale AI-driven projects. ______________________________________________________________________________ What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their strong analytical rigor, ability to solve complex problems, and skill in effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Stands out for their proficiency in Python or other data science programming languages (R, SQL, etc.), as well as their knowledge of the Databricks platform (an asset). Demonstrates strong autonomy in project management along with the ability to handle complex data and apply predictive modeling and machine learning techniques. Is recognized for their excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong interest in artificial intelligence, particularly large language models and generative AI. Has 3 to 5 years of experience in data science, including hands-on experience with key machine learning methods (regression, classification, decision trees, random forests, etc.), and holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field (a master’s degree is an asset).
