This position is based at our head office in Ville Saint-Laurent.

PURPOSE

Sports Marketing and Partnerships Specialist is to assist and execute all sports marketing and partnership initiatives. Work on leveraging and activating on CCM endorsed players and partnership portfolio, as well as ensuring a clear strategy and yearly mapping for both pillars.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Work in collaboration with Brand and PRO department to activate our player portfolio.
• Build yearly partnership plan to deliver activation and growing the game targets
• Plan and execute with key partners the determined activation plans
• Execute VIK orders from our various partners
• Develop clear calendars to support activations and grow the game initiatives
• Help achieve sports marketing & partnership marketing KPI, primarily around events, camps, content creation.
• Work in collaboration with key partners to ensure brand and product messaging are consistent across all activations
• Forecast and track all product needs for the different activations
• Ensure all contract agreements are respected and optimized
• Effectively manage budget

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• 5 years experience in marketing, sports marketing or similar role
• Bilingual (French & English, oral and writing)
• Must thrive in fast paced environment with multiple projects & deadlines.
• Must be able to possess strong strategic thinking.
• Important attention to details and capacity to work on many projects at once
• Strong organizational, time management, presentation, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel, Email, Word and Power Point skills
• Experience in sporting goods industry an asset
