About the role
Contremaître de la maintenance Relevant du directeur de la maintenance, le contremaître de maintenance supervise une équipe de mécaniciens, électromécaniciens, électrotechniciens et électriciens. Il assure la planification et la coordination des travaux de maintenance préventive, corrective et d'urgence afin de maximiser la fiabilité des équipements et soutenir les opérations.
Vos principales responsabilités Superviser, mobiliser et développer l'équipe de maintenance. Planifier, répartir et assurer le suivi des travaux selon les priorités opérationnelles. Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité, des procédures de travail et des standards de qualité. Assurer la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des équipements. Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place les actions correctives requises. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production, d'ingénierie, d'automatisation et d'amélioration continue. Participer à la gestion des horaires, des heures travaillées, des sous-traitants et des inventaires de pièces. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et des processus de maintenance.
Profil recherché Expérience en supervision d'équipes de maintenance en milieu manufacturier. Solides connaissances des pratiques de maintenance préventive et corrective. Leadership mobilisateur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités. Forte orientation santé et sécurité, qualité et amélioration continue. Excellentes habiletés en communication et en travail d'équipe.
Maintenance Foreman Reporting to the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Foreman supervises a team of mechanics, electromechanics, electrical technicians, and electricians. He or she is responsible for planning and coordinating preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work to maximize equipment reliability and support operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the maintenance team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work according to operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, work procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement the necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with the production, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement teams.
- Participate in managing schedules, hours worked, subcontractors, and parts inventories.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices and processes.
