Job Description Summary As the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS), you will deliver technical and clinical expertise within the Patient Care Solution portfolio by providing excellent education and training support to clinical end-users. The CAS is a clinical expert supporting the pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support), as well as post-sale installation, training and go live /or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography. This role will support our operations across the country, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. While the position involves national responsibilities, it may be primarily based in either Ontario (ON) or Quebec (QC). Job Description Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in the Peri-Operative care areas Support clinical end user adoption to GEHC Patient Care products including : Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, Centricity High Acuity clinical information system & Peri-Operative patient monitoring solutions. Advance new product introduction (NPI) features & techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (ARC) (MS) and (CHAA Digital) Coordinate, schedule, and execute clinical system training, monitor, and report on training outcomes. Training may be conducted onsite at customer facility and / or virtually. Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing Team, identify customer satisfaction opportunities, issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests. Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) Participate in install base upgrade programs, proactive strategic customer touchpoints. Drive sales process by conducting clinical product demonstrations and onsite evaluations. Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of Anesthesia technical/clinical industry experience Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (CSRT, Provincial body) with Anesthesia Assistant as a preferred qualification. Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation. Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience. Willingness to travel extensively 60+% within a region (including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, & train, etc.). Willingness to submit to a check of your driving record (given that you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE HealthCare owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business). Comply to GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Principales responsabilités Faire progresser l’introduction des nouveaux produits (NPI), de leurs fonctionnalités et des meilleures pratiques; collaborer avec les clients à l’élaboration de plans et de stratégies de formation favorisant l’intégration des nouveaux produits (ARC), (MS) et (CHAA Digital). Coordonner, planifier et assurer la prestation des formations sur les systèmes cliniques, ainsi que suivre et communiquer les résultats de formation. Les formations peuvent être offertes sur site chez le client ou à distance. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de marketing produit afin de cerner les occasions d’amélioration de la satisfaction client, soutenir les processus d’escalade, l’analyse des problèmes et les demandes de formation spécialisée. Développer et entretenir des relations significatives avec les leaders d’opinion clés (KOL). Participer aux programmes de mise à niveau de la base installée ainsi qu’aux points de contact stratégiques proactifs auprès des clients. Soutenir le processus de vente en réalisant des démonstrations cliniques de produits et des évaluations sur site. Qualifications requises Diplôme d’études collégiales (ou expérience équivalente) combiné à plus de trois (3) années d’expérience technique ou clinique dans le domaine de l’anesthésie. Détenir le titre d’inhalothérapeute autorisé(e) (CSRT et ordre professionnel provincial applicable); la qualification d’assistant(e) en anesthésie constitue un atout important. Excellente compréhension de la formation clinique, de l’éducation des utilisateurs et des processus d’implantation associés. Expérience démontrée dans la communication d’informations complexes et l’adaptation des messages selon l’auditoire. Disponibilité pour voyager fréquemment (plus de 60 % du temps) dans la région assignée, incluant des nuitées et certains week-ends, partout aux États-Unis et au Canada, en utilisant différents modes de transport (voiture, avion, train, etc.). Consentement à la vérification du dossier de conduite, puisque ce poste exige la conduite d’un véhicule appartenant à GE HealthCare, loué par l’entreprise, personnel ou de location dans le cadre des activités professionnelles.
