Required Skills
7-15 years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.
Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, Relational databases
Experience with UI development frameworks (preferably Angular, React, etc) Experience with AI coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc for software development, automation, reporting, or analytics. Demonstrated experience in designing complex, large-scale distributed systems and microservices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. Strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components, preferably using coding assistant. Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and understand the financial aspects of technology decisions.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.
Understanding of serverless architecture
Competency with source control systems (preferably git), CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ensuring streamlined development processes.
Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools
Basic understanding of Linux and Shell scripting
