The incumbent, responsible for creating and developing analytical reporting, will help establish best practices in analytics, develop dashboards that support various business units, implement BI tools, and produce analyses for multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various business lines. Perform data analysis and provide findings and recommendations. Ensure a strong understanding of data structures and source systems to accurately present and interpret business results. Optimize reports and dashboards to improve efficiency. Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing validation processes. Collaborate with IT teams on projects to optimize BI tools and data sources. Document processes, methodologies, and developed solutions to ensure continuity. Act as a change agent for analytical tools among users. Stay up to date on the latest BI trends and technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
University degree in Business, with a specialization in Business Intelligence, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Actuarial Science. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the role. Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of a CRM system is considered an asset. Resourcefulness and strong research and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.*
Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
