Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a rigorous, analytical, and autonomous individual to fill a position as a Performance Support Technician for its regional network.

The person in this role is responsible for supporting the performance and efficiency of the regional network by automating analytical tools, producing reliable reports, and ensuring rigorous monitoring of key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Technical Component (75%)

-       Automate analytical tools to improve the performance and operational rigor of the regional network.

-       Produce monthly performance tracking dashboards and ensure data quality.

-       Extract, analyze, compile, and interpret data from various internal systems (Sygic, Power BI, Salesforce).

-       Prepare various reports (financial, statistical, performance indicators, and objective tracking).

-       Develop year-end reports and present results according to required formats.

-       Participate in process optimization and implementation projects.

-       Prepare and update management documents (action plans, timelines, follow-ups).

-       Provide technical support to managers regarding the use of systems and digital tools.

Administrative Component (25%)

-       Assist in managing managers’ schedules and organize travel arrangements as needed.

-       Organize and follow up on meetings and training sessions.

-       Coordinate internal events.

-       Handle confidential information with discretion.

-       Prepare presentations and various documents for managers.

-       Perform any other related duties.

Requirements

-       College diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques, office administration, or a related field (required – unionized position).

-       Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (required).

-       Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365, including advanced Excel skills.

-       Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, and Sygic (an asset).

-       Excellent command of French (spoken and written).

-       Functional knowledge of English to communicate with English-speaking clients (30% of the time).

Salary: $49,000 to $65,000 per year
