The Market
Our clients operate complex industrial facilities where safety, reliability, and execution certainty are essential. Success is achieved by creating value for clients while aligning opportunities with MSCP's technical capabilities and operational strengths.
The Model
MSCP operates using a genuinely systemic organizational model rather than a traditional hierarchical structure. Business Development is an integrated function that works collaboratively with Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Manufacturing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure opportunities are aligned with our capabilities and strategic objectives.
Our approach emphasizes collaboration over silos and long-term partnerships over transactional sales. Business Development Specialists contribute by understanding client challenges, coordinating internal resources, and supporting opportunities from initial engagement through project award.

Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, and client activity reports. Conduct market and competitor research to identify strategic growth opportunities. Represent MSCP professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Support account planning and relationship development activities with key clients. Assist with post-award client transition by ensuring information is effectively communicated to project teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and digital workflows. Support MSCP's systemic methodology by ensuring business development activities contribute to organizational flow and long-term client success.
