Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Railing Installer / Carpenter as soon as possible.
About The Role
This position involves hands-on carpentry and installation work, primarily focused on stair and railing systems. You will work from drawings and work orders to assemble, fabricate, and install custom railing components on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and utilize work orders, drawings, and sketches to assemble stair and railing components Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precision Construct and install railings on job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all installations

Experience Required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Compensation And Benefits
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits package available after 6-month probation period
