Generations Cleaning is a rapidly expanding company proudly serving a diverse range of commercial clients - including large retail stores, condominiums, co-ops, apartment buildings, offices, medical facilities, and industrial/manufacturing sites.

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Superintendent/Heavy Duty Cleaner for a condominium located in Newcastle. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Compensation: $19.25/hour
• Employment Type: Part-time.
• Location: Newcastle.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, elevators, hallways, gyms, and lounges.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb changes and small repairs as directed by the Property Manager.
• Conduct suite and hallway inspections.
• Complete minor touch-up painting and respond to tenant maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain the garbage room and remove waste from public bins. Carry out regular exterior inspections (parking lots, smoking areas, grounds) and ensure all areas are clean and debris-free.
