About Amba
AMBA is a technology company transforming care in senior living and home care. Our platform pairs privacy-respecting passive sensors (no cameras, no wearables) with an AI companion that turns everyday signals into earlier, better interventions — fewer falls, fewer avoidable hospitalizations, and measurably better resident outcomes. We also enable a Medicare-eligible remote patient monitoring (RPM) motion, giving operators a regulated revenue stream that pure software can't offer.
We operate across the US, Canada, and the UK and are in a period of rapid, deliberate scaling. We are building the operating infrastructure — people, process, systems, and metrics — to grow revenue toward a nine-figure ARR ambition over the next several years. Revenue Operations is central to that plan.
The Opportunity
This is a rare build-it-from-the-ground-up RevOps role. You won't inherit a function — you'll create it. You'll own the data, systems, analytics, forecasting, process, and planning that connect Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance into one accountable revenue engine, and you'll have the freedom to shape it as you see fit.
You'll do it with a rare level of support. You'll report to and be coached by a COO who spent 14 years leading Revenue Operations at a multibillion-dollar, NASDAQ-listed enterprise software company — ultimately running a 220-person global RevOps organization. You'll get the autonomy of an early-stage builder and the playbook of someone who has scaled the function at the highest level.
As AMBA scales, this role is the foundation from which the function — and, in time, its team — will grow. The right person grows with it.
What You'll Do
You'll be hands-on across the full RevOps stack — building, not just maintaining: Own the CRM as the system of record. Stand up the data model, governance, and hygiene so the whole GTM org runs off one trusted source of truth. Build the analytics and reporting layer. Design the sales & marketing metrics, dashboards, funnel and pipeline analytics, and customer-health / NRR reporting that show leaders what's really happening. Run forecasting and pipeline management. Put in place a repeatable forecasting cadence, accuracy tracking, and pipeline inspection discipline. Systematize process and quote-to-cash. Own lead management and routing, the renewals motion, and the workflow that compresses the time from a quote to recognized revenue; enable Sales and CS with playbooks. Support deal desk and commercial pricing. Partner on pricing governance, deal structuring, and quote/approval workflow, with clear guardrails. Drive planning and compensation. Build capacity and headcount planning, territory / TAM analysis and account distribution, quota planning, and Sales & CS compensation design aligned to retention. Own the GTM tech stack. Administer and optimize the CRM, BI, and supporting GTM tools; evaluate and integrate new systems as we scale. Serve the whole GTM engine. Provide the same operational backbone to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success alike, and feed clean inputs into monthly and board-level reporting.
What You Bring
Essential 5+ years in Revenue Operations (or Sales / GTM Operations), ideally as a generalist who has worked across the full RevOps stack rather than a single specialty. An AI-first mindset. You treat AI as a force multiplier. At AMBA that means embracing Claude — our AI tool — and using it to build efficiency and leverage into everything RevOps does. Hands-on experience with Claude and other AI tools is a strong consideration for this role. Hands-on CRM proficiency — comfortable in the data model, configuration, reporting, and administration of a modern CRM platform. Strong BI / analytics tool skills — you build dashboards and turn messy data into clear, decision-ready insight. Proven in a fast-paced environment — high-growth, resource-constrained, or early-stage settings where you set the structure rather than inherit it. A builder's mindset — self-directed, resourceful, and energized by ambiguity; you turn a blank page into repeatable process and system. Analytical and process rigor — disciplined about data quality, definitions, and clean hand-offs across functions. Strong cross-functional communication — you partner credibly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Location — based in the US or Canada and able to work core hours in the Eastern or Central time zone
Nice to have
B2B SaaS experience — bonus for hybrid hardware / connected-device or healthcare, senior-living, or RPM / Medicare context. Experience standing up a CRM system of record, a forecasting cadence, or compensation / quota / territory planning from scratch. Exposure to CPQ / quote-to-cash, deal desk, or capacity planning.
A Note on Level & Growth
This is deliberately not a VP or senior-executive hire. It's a hands-on, own-the-work role for an experienced generalist who wants to build. You'll have executive-level mentorship and real autonomy from day one, and a clear path to grow into RevOps leadership — including building and leading a team — as AMBA and the function scale. If you're looking for the experience of shaping a RevOps org and growing it with expert support behind you, this is that opportunity.
Location, Compensation & Benefits
Work style: remote within the US or Canada; you'll collaborate across time zones and are expected to overlap core business hours in Eastern or Central time. Base salary: CAD $115,000–$155,000, commensurate with location and experience. Bonus: like all AMBA employees, this role participates in our Employee Incentive Bonus Plan — a discretionary, company-funded plan tied to net-new ARR growth, paid quarterly against a role-based target percentage of base salary. Benefits: a competitive benefits package.
How to Apply
Tell us — briefly — about a RevOps function or capability you built from little or nothing, and what it looked like a year later. Send that along with your résumé to workwithus@amba.co
